材料先进技术教育部重点实验室

Key Laboratory of Advanced Technologies of Materials, Ministry of Education

 材料先进技术教育部重点实验室依托西南交通大学,于2003年获教育部批准立项建设,2007年通过验收。实验室总体定位是:落实国家科技强国和交通强国战略,紧密围绕国家对轨道交通领域先进材料及其关键技术的重大需求和材料科学的发展前沿,针对轨道交通急需的基础支撑材料、关键战略材料和前沿新材料及其关键技术,聚焦高速列车材料设计理论与制备、轨道交通材料先进焊接与装备、轨道交通功能材料及器件,以及轨道交通材料服役行为及防护等方向,开展相关基础理论、应用基础和前沿技术研究,建成轨道交通材料领域的人才培养和科技创新基地。

The Key Laboratory of Advanced Technologies of Materials (KLATM), Ministry of Education (MOE), was approved for construction in 2003 and officially established in 2007. The KLATM is positioned closely the national strategies for scientific and transportation development, the national demand of transportation-related materials and key technologies and cutting-edge areas of materials science. The KLATM focuses on four research areas: the materials design and fabrication for high-speed vehicles, advanced joining technologies and equipment for rail transportation, functional materials and devices for rail transportation, and materials service evaluation and protection for rail transportation. The KLATM will be built into an international known research base for scientific theory and innovative technologies,personnel cultivation and technological development bases for transportation-related materials.

高速列车材料设计理论与制备 研究轻量化合金、复合材料等的设计理论与制备方法。

Materials Design and Fabrication for High-speed Vehicles

Focus on the design theory and fabrication methods of light-weight alloy and materials composites.

轨道交通材料先进焊接与装备 研究钢轨、车体、转向架、桥梁等关键结构不同材料的先进焊接方法和成套装备。

Advanced Joining Technologies and Equipment for Rail Transportation

Focus on advanced technologies and complete Equipment for welding of key structural materials from tracks, vehicles, bogies and bridges.

轨道交通功能材料及器件 研究轨道交通材料在复杂服役环境下的减振、降噪、防水、阻燃、导电、形状记忆、电磁屏蔽、传感等功能材料构性调控机理和器件制备技术。

Functional Materials and Devices for Rail Transportation

Focus on the controlling mechanism and fabrication methods of materials with such functions as vibration absorption, noise reduction, water proofing, flame-retardant, electric conduction, shape memory, electromagnetic shielding and sensing and actuation.

轨道交通材料服役行为及防护 研究在复杂服役环境工况下轨道交通关键材料多尺度动态服役行为的机理、表征方法、材料损伤防护技术和安全可靠性评价。

Materials Service Evaluation and Protection for Rail Transportation

Focus on the multiscale dynamic behaviors, characterization methods, protection technologies and safety appraisal of transportation-related materials under complex service environment.
